View from below, the blue and purple zones represent studio's while the red area represents the gallery.
Alternatively, from above the ground level is layered to some extent. The upper level is surrounded by balcony with glass railing, the artist on the upper level may enjoy a more attractive workspace however the artist in the basement will enjoy more space.
